Feminine Rage. Acoustic guitar.

August ’25 Photo Shoot w/ Darkes Documentary Co.

There’s something about the sound of water and the hush of tall trees that makes music feel closer to the soul. That’s why LeTort Park in Carlisle became the perfect backdrop for my latest Karma77 photo shoot.

The park is more than just a green space—it’s a mix of quiet corners, winding trails, and the gentle rush of LeTort Spring Run. It’s the kind of place where a guitar feels at home, where lyrics seem to rise up from the stones beneath your feet.

For this shoot, I leaned into the raw, moody energy that defines Karma77. My guitar became my anchor, and the natural light filtering through the trees gave every shot that blend of warmth and melancholy I’ve been chasing in my music. Some frames caught me playing to the ducks along the creek, while others froze the stillness of me sitting with my guitar, as if mid-thought between chords.

The session wasn’t just about photos—it was about creating a visual extension of my songs. The idea that music can live not only in sound but in images. When you see the photos, I hope you feel the same emotions I write about: love, loss, hope, and the beauty hidden inside broken edges.

LeTort Park gave me all of that and more. This shoot was a reminder that inspiration is everywhere—sometimes in the city streets, sometimes in the quiet flow of a creek—and all you need to do is show up with open hands and a guitar.
